Part Time Paid Internship
The Weinstein Company has immediate openings for part-time paid interns in our Acquisitions/Production departments. Duties include packaging talent submissions, script/film coverage, going on runs, receptionist work, film festival preparation, and various clerical duties as needed by our Acquisitions and Production teams. Qualified candidate will be punctual, self motivated, pleasant personality and excellent communications skills. Must be able to multi-task, follow directions and pay attention to detail. The ideal intern will have strong computer/internet skills, able to problem solve, excellent phone etiquette, industry experience, and preferred candidates will have experience with film/script coverage. Car is a must and interns must be enrolled in an accredited university. Mileage is reimbursed and valid Driver's license with proof of insurance is necessary.
This is a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in the entertainment business and could potentially lead to a full-time position for the right candidate. A minimum of 2-3 days a week will be required and will need to start immediately.
