Search for Immersive Producer jobs in Los Angeles-CA
The Immersive Producer will assist with the digital production of our content. This role is a senior level position responsible for managing all cross-functional aspects from concept to launch to live operations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, technical understanding of game development and, most importantly, a passion for Films and Games. The Unreal Engine will be the primary development focus, but familiarity with other game engines is desired.
Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain production bid, budgets, development schedules, and roadmaps
• Work with Creative Director & UK counterparts to execute the company goals in immersive/interactive
• Manage the day-to-day efforts of the production team of one or more projects
• Own quality of the product and overall user experience
• Work collaboratively with world-class creative directors, game designers, artists, and engineers to drive results and outcomes
• Passionately articulate goals and team principles to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture
• Oversee all aspects of Project management including but not limited to: in-house supervision, outsourcing, and Post Production
• Collaborate with a team including off site members
• Accurate and timely communication with all of a project's key stakeholders
Essential Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of game production is required
• Proven working experience in video games production
• Experience overseeing a game project from concept to launch
• Strong Quality Assurance background
Desirable:
• Understanding and experience with VR/AR production
• Experience with Digital film production
• Unreal Engine knowledge and background
Personal attributes:
• Proven attention to detail and focus on quality
• Ability to remain calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work within a team and also under own initiative, keeping the team informed of changes and other important issues
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, both on a technical and creative basis
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Passion for games
