Tastemade is looking for a passionate and very competent eCommerce Associate to join a dynamic team of enthusiastic entrepreneurs in building Tastemade's rapidly growing eCommerce business. We are looking for individuals who appreciate a challenging, fast-paced work environment, are willing to learn, and are eager to become an important part of our team.
The eCommerce Editorial & Operations Associate is a critical part of our mission to build an exceptional eCommerce voice and ensure its consistency throughout all eCommerce touchpoints.
What you'll do:
• Build product landing pages in the Tastemade Store in coordination with our production and programming calendar. Provide product marketing copy on landing pages that is authoritative, fun, and - most importantly - converts traffic to purchases.
• Manage and optimize a checklist that ensures all aspects of a eCommerce program is executed. This includes video programming, site operations, inventory management, pricing strategy, and overall calendar. You will be the glue that ensures all aspects of the operation are accounted for and that our voice is consistent across all touchpoints.
• Provide copy to and ensure this voice is consistent across all eCommerce copy touchpoints including email, social media posts, performance marketing, and store pages.
• Research and provide recommendations for store layout, organization, themes, editorial approaches, and optimizations.
• Assist with other Tastemade eCommerce initiatives and projects as needed
What you'll bring:
• 1-3 years of operations support and a proven ability to write well
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Professional, upbeat and able to work collaboratively in a friendly manner
• Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally
• Demonstrated positive work attitude & leadership skills
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
*Please Note: This is a contract position to start with the opportunity to convert to full-time.
