With global facilities in Hollywood, China and Europe, our team of creative supervisors and researchers uses high-performance computing to remove the tedious, manual tasks from post-production, providing greater creative flexibility and unmatched cost-savings for our clients.
We are looking for a VFX Production Coordinator to join our team in Hollywood, CA.
Responsibilities will include:
• Taking detailed and accurate notes during review sessions and client meetings
• Ensuring that the database (Shotgun) is kept updated regularly and accurately with all notes and relevant information
• Reviewing shot tracking assignments and making sure their statuses are up-to-date
• Communicating client sessions and dailies/meeting changes to the team
• Anticipating and communicating issues to resolve problems quickly
• Managing resources and communicating any needs effectively
• Addressing inquiries (verbal and written) from clients, producers and other stakeholders
• Assist in client services for in house clients
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Skills and Experience:
• Attention to accuracy and consistency when carrying out high volume tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with client interaction, scheduling, data entry for project tracking, organizing meetings, managing I/O, assisting producers and supervisors
• Experience working in a VFX environment
• Experience using Shotgun is a plus
