Coordinator, Finance - Animation
Responsibilities:
• Actualizing and rolling forward weekly cost reports for films in production; updating crew info
• Support Production Finance team with ad-hoc requests
• Purchase card reconciliation and tracking
• Assist in preparing film residuals package
• Prepare invoices to vendors for marketing related work delivered by Sony Pictures Imageworks
• Processing invoices for independent contractors, third party production expenses, marketing, SAG payments and studio operations
Requirements:
• B.A./B.S. degree
• 1 years of accounts payable / accounts receivable experience
• Basic Excel skills
• SAP knowledge a plus
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work and remain detail oriented
