Admin Assistant II, Creative Advertising
Provide full range of administrative support for a senior creative advertising executive and coordinate with internal teams and creative vendors in the creation of AV and print advertising campaigns, including trailers, TV spots, digital materials, one-sheets, in-theater, and outdoor advertising.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain lines of communication between internal departments and creative vendors, with a focus on managing workflow and effectively communicating, organizing and addressing creative feedback.
• Manage all creative assets, including trafficking and cataloguing AV and print files, and building presentations.
• Maintain creative campaign budgets; point of contact for all vendor billing.
• Work with outside vendors and internal departments to track creative deadlines and manage campaign timelines.
• Organize and manage all information related to theatrical campaigns, including research, strategy, scripts, production schedules, and filmmaker contacts.
• Research and compile competitive campaign analysis.
• Contribute to brain-storming strategies and assist department with other projects and duties as assigned.
• General administrative duties, such as handling phone calls, scheduling, processing expense reports, booking travel, filing, and contact management.
• Miscellaneous duties as required
Job Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant; experience in marketing and/or advertising agency preferred
• Interest in film, marketing and advertising
• BA/BS degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or TV/Radio/Film preferred
• Highly motivated, proactive, organized, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft programs; intermediate skills with Photoshop/Illustrator/iMovie
