Who we're looking for…
RWS Entertainment Group is currently seeking a Social Media & Video Production Intern.
About the role…
Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, the Social Media & Video Production Intern will assist in creating content across all platforms.
What's expected…
• Play an active role in the research, planning, and development of strategic content for company social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Maintain awareness as to what's ''on trend'' with new social media marketing techniques and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Analyze results to ensure insights are integrated into current and future strategies, as well as develop frameworks to help refine our strategies.
• Assist in capturing, producing, editing, and revising media content.
• Attend rehearsals, workshops, and other events in the office and RWS Studios for video/photography shoots as needed.
• Perform other pre-production, production and post-production duties as assigned.
• Assist other departments with videography/photography needs as assigned.
• Support in-house Design Department on special projects as assigned.

What you bring…
• Experience in video pre-production, production, post-production and graphic design
• A strong understanding of Adobe Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Prelude, Photoshop, Illustrator and Final Cut Pro
• A passion for all things social media with an eye towards ''what's next'' regarding platforms, media opportunities, and best practices
• Experience with a variety of digital video equipment, including mobile
• Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Ability to view data and pull key takeaways and spot trends
• Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes under narrow time constraints
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-up
• Ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Possession of own laptop and video equipment, a plus
• Graphic design skills, a plus
• Fun, energetic and willing-to-learn attitude
