Chief Operating Officer - Educational Photography Business
Position Available: ACHIEVER
We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer to take the reigns of our core businesses and scale them while maximizing and managing our current team, adding new additional sales reps, marketing contractors, data miners, social media management, press releases & PR, website updates and monitoring, email and direct marketing campaign management and keeping the businesses operating at top profitability and cash flow. We are a world renowned educational photographic workshop experience with customers that are raving fans who fly in from all over the world to enroll in our Elite Photographic Workshops.
The CEO is a TV Host, Director and Producer of the TV Show Great Escapes that airs to over 2 million viewers. He is also a Celebrity Fashion Advertising Photographer and the Director of The Photography Workshop Series. Considered the ''Tony Robbins'' of Photography, he has taken photographic education to an entire new level in the 21st century.
With incredible opportunities with the current TV Show and upcoming TV Shows that the CEO is involved with, he needs a Chief Operating Officer that he can trust to manage the core businesses with strong business management skills that can step in to maximize revenue and branding and increase profitability and cash flow.
We are in need of someone very talented at managing day to day tasks, managing a team of sales, marketing, research and production. Looking for someone who also has experience in managing social media as we just reached 37 Million Views, 750K Likes and 160K Comments on one video posted on Facebook three weeks ago and are about to post 15 more that we are monetizing.
We are verifiable leaders in our profession and will give you the support, camaraderie, and compensation you desire. Plus, you will be given the training and flexibility to do what it takes to build relationships and manage our sales team and independent contractors. Requirements:
Top 5% communicator and presenter. You will be in the powerful position of Second in Command to the CEO, so you must be polished, articulate and professional.
Outside Sales Experience - We require the candidate to have had experience selling services and communicating with customers
Management Experience - You have managed outside sales reps and developed their ability to close leads, set appointments, qualify leads, make presentations, research and understand customers needs. You know how to build value in a company and can train those you manage to maximize their potential.
Ability to close and manage sales reps that can close $5,000 - $15,000 sale in a single call. You will be trained to close your prospect in the first meeting 70% of the time (that is what our leader can achieve now). We want you to manage our sales team and maximize their closing ratios with day to day motivation and training. We will provide you with the scripts, the list of candidates, and exceptional product and sales training to make you an even better sales manager and closer than perhaps even you thought you could be. We need the candidate to lead by example!
Minimum of three years ''one call close'' in person (not phone) sales experience.
Work Remotely, but ideally living in the Souther California Region
Leader - Management experience required -

We need someone who can help market and manage the AirBnB profiles that we have setup to maximize profitability of these properties. This may include updating pictures on the profiles, finding new innovative ways of gaining higher paying guests and maintain maximum occupancy and managing cleaning and maintenance staff to keep them operating and full potential.
