Job Description:
Executive Assistant to CEO (financed and/or produced over 300 films including ''Lord of War,'' The Matrix,'' ''Runaway Bride,'' ''Sleepy Hollow,'' ''Reservoir Dogs,'' and many more) of a production company.
Hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM (additional hours may be required)
60 Day Trial Period
Pay based on experience, health insurance available
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Well versed with both Mac and PC, computer savvy
Minimum of 75 words/minute Typing Speed
Proficient in:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Publisher
Adobe Reader
Good communication skills are a must
Good organizational skills
Quick Multi-tasker
Problem Solver
Previous Assistant/Administration experience preferred
Assist the CEO of the company with daily tasks such as:
Schedule appointments
Coordinate meetings
Script coverage
Script Research and Development
Mail Misc. Correspondences via USPS, FedEx
Keep track of expenses
Minimal website administration
Rolling Calls, screening calls
Research and Request films for possible acquisition
Heavy email dictation
General Administrative Tasks
Maintain confidential business and personal information
Production assistant while filming: coordinating and attending ''planning meetings,'' managing time during a shoot and keeping accurate shot lists, cameras, lenses, sound, and related artistic views
Booking travel arrangements
Creating daily call logs and retaining calendar
CEO uses assistant as a sounding board creatively and artistically
Basic graphic design skills preferred (Photoshop and Illustrator)
