Job Scope:
Maintain Storeroom in every aspect. Monitor access to Storeroom and gear at all times. Receive and inspect equipment into Storeroom. Ensure equipment (including case) is clean and complete. Identify items missing from cases and rectify. Pull gear for all customer orders. Liaise with internal departments in order to deliver the highest customer service and quality. Continuously look for ways to improve the process to better serve customer's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor access to storeroom and gear at all times.
• Perform service checks and minor repair of Camera Accessories.
• Assist in the daily transfer of equipment from receiving to storage.
• Maintain equipment to the highest standard by ensuring all equipment received and delivered is serviced, complete and in good working order, both functionally and cosmetically. Update Pinnacle with proper statuses.
• Identify equipment problems and apply proper repair techniques.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation as per health and safety standards.
• Consistently and effectively use all available systems to support processes. Utilize system information to effectively manage resources and priorities based on orders and returns. Keep system data accurate and up to date (real time) for all internal users.
• Pull gear for Service or Prep Floor to fulfill customer and branch orders. Resolve shortages or missing items by using all available systems and resources. If unable to do so, communicate to Lead or Manager. Provide daily report on shortages.
• Expedite all time sensitive orders (same day prep, in-house demos).
• Maintain proper organization of equipment in Storeroom. Equipment should be stored in designated bins or on appropriate shelf. Identify equipment that does not have a designated storage space and rectify with Lead or Manager.
• Keep Storeroom and all work areas clean including disposing of trash and sweeping the floor. Uphold and follow safety guidelines and precautions to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Participate in on the job and formal training in technical and customer service aspects of role.
• Report all slow moving equipment to Lead or Manager to determine appropriate disposition.
• Inform supervisor of any conflict around equipment or resources. Ensure seamless hand-off between shifts.

Skills/Experience Required:
• Team player. Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work on own initiative. High degree of accountability.
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service orientation. Willing to go the extra mile for both internal and external customers. Proactive in resolving all client or equipment related issues. Great sense of urgency.
• Thorough, outstanding follow through and attention to detail. Highly organized and able to prioritize work load.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain effectiveness under pressure, within tight deadlines and changing priorities.
• Remain calm and professional even in tense situations.
• Good working knowledge of all Panavision products and services. Proactive in gaining and maintaining service and technical knowledge/skill on all equipment.
Health & Safety Requirements:
• Safe handling of solvents and other chemicals.
• Safe handling of sharp and other potentially dangerous equipment.
• Safe manual lifting techniques. Able to lift up to 50lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Knowledge of current electrical safety standards.
• Enforcement and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) if required.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This job operates in a warehouse environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands and reach with hands and arms. The employee may also be required to lift product or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Prompt and regular attendance is required, employees are expected to begin work at the start of their scheduled shift and to complete their assigned work shift according to the responsibilities of their position.
This position works standard business hours, but may require long hours and some weekend work.
