Full Time Job
The Digital Operations Coordinator is a key link between Pac-12’s digital team, internal/external partners and stakeholders across the Pac-12 Networks and Conference. This role touches multiple areas, starting with managing the official athletic websites platform, and then additional responsibilities including digital ad operations and daily operational metrics. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, technically savvy problem solver with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You should enjoy be eager to collaborate, learn, and grow with a team who loves working within this fun and innovative organization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the Official Athletic Site project, partnering with our technology providers and leads from each of our twelve Universities to deliver against shared goals.
• Run Ad Operations with our technology partners for Pac-12 and Official Athletic Sites including trafficking, inventory management, and reporting.
• Partner with Pac-12’s sales and planning teams for media planning and campaign delivery.
• Reporting for internal and external stakeholders, including Pac-12’s research, marketing, and ad sales teams, as well as our university partners.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and team.
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree with 2 years of experience in client facing, project management, and/or operational roles.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to prioritize under time constraints and work successfully in a fast-paced, innovative, technology-centric environment.
• Experience with, or demonstrable ability to learn quickly: Google Apps, DFP, Trello, JIRA, BI/Reporting tools, Slack, Content Management Systems.
• Fluent in the latest technology trends across the web, mobile, social media, and video, with an appetite to learn and grow.
• Available and able to work flexible hours and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Enjoy college sports.
