Beginning in January, ON THE STAGE is looking to expand their team by adding a Client Specialist. The Client Specialist is responsible for interacting with clients and maximizing revenue per contract. This position combines both customer service and sales.
ON THE STAGE is a complete logistical solution for producers of the live arts, from school drama departments, to community and regional theaters, to independent troupes and companies. Customized production websites. Integrated ticketing and merchandise sales. Fully interactive seating assignment. Reporting at the click of a button. Broadway's best practices made easy-and free of charge for the producing school or company. Plus complete design and marketing packages to take outreach to the next level. ON THE STAGE streamlines the business so creatives can focus on the show.
ON THE STAGE is part of Artech Holdings LLC a technology incubator and holding company focused on bringing best in class technologies to the live arts. As a successful, growing technology incubator the right employees will have the opportunity for limitless growth at our firm.
Requirements:
-Hunger to be a part of building something to scale.
-A relentless proactive work ethic
-Fearlessness at trying new strategies and honing the ideal sales process.
-Excellent verbal and written skills.
-The ability to adapt quickly and respond appropriately and effectively to client requests
-Basic proficiency with office software.
Job responsibilities will include:
-Enhancing client potential by selling different packages and features of the ON THE STAGE website
-Helping clients maximize ticket sales by establishing box office procedures and refining their website
-Assistance in developing marketing kits for schools across the country
-Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with venues and schools around the country
