Responsibilities:
-Help manage relationships with key 3rd party partners who license and distribute Omnia video content.
-Support SVP and Manager of Business Development with deal sourcing and negotiation across a variety of digital content initiatives
-Help develop and execute strategies to increase monetization across the Omnia Media ecosystem.
-Collaborate with various Omnia departments (sales, marketing, technology, talent management) on new initiatives across original content, licensing and distribution.
-Provide research, analysis, modeling and reporting to support key initiatives across the company.
-Work to shape new models and opportunities for monetization across the Omnia Media landscape.
-Support strategic initiatives across the business development group.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of business development or analyst experience at a traditional or digital media company is preferred.
-Strong research, analytical and financial modeling skills.
-Strong execution/delivery orientation to help manage large scale and complex projects.
-Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly ambitious - and ambiguous - start-up environment.
-Experience doing business in Asia Pacific region or related language skills a plus
