We are seeking an individual to lead the creative visual material strategies and execution of Netflix brand campaigns across EMEA, with the goal of editorial coverage through assets such as videos and photos.The TeamThe Visual Communications team has the enviable position of straddling two worlds in the entertainment industry: AV asset creation & global communication strategy.
We specialise in capturing and producing the creative materials that shape, enhance and support our content and PR brand campaigns. Simply put, we create PR stories that are newsworthy, and that compel consumers to join Netflix and watch our shows.
The Role
This role is part of the Visual Communications team but will work alongside the EMEA Consumer PR team who are responsible for developing press stories, narratives and campaigns around the role Netflix plays in transforming entertainment. They connect our Original content to the viewing behaviours and insights that will garner press pick up and earned media.
This role will oversee creative strategy, development and execution across campaigns that are unique to specific EMEA markets, as well as localising global campaigns for EMEA consumers. They will also drive communication with the other regional Consumer PR teams in addition to cross-functional partners across publicity, marketing & social media.
What We're Looking For
Success in this position requires a deep understanding of how to achieve brand impact in the consumer press, a fluency around our content, and a creative mind who can take a press story and translate it into visual assets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating visually-led campaigns that work across all types of media, that are regionally sensitive and deliver on the brand story.
The role requires a high level of creativity, an inquisitive, innovative and self motivated personality, and a succinct communicator with strong project management background. Being a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to be flexible and get the job done is essential, as is the ability to strategically plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional skills and Requirements:
• 8 years background in a senior consumer-facing editorial or brand PR role.
• Understand the photography/video industry and how press outlets use AV assets.
• Experience working with EMEA markets is preferred.
• Fluent English is a requirement to be successful in our office but additional language skills are a huge plus!
This job is based in Amsterdam and reports to the Visual Communications Manager, Originals Publicity EMEA.
