We are looking for a talented creative leader to join our Product Design team. As a member of our design team, you'll be one of the architects of our mission and help build Netflix into a global Internet TV network.
What We Expect
You will be responsible for leading the creative direction of innovative experiences across platforms within the Netflix product experience. You will lead a team of talented designers in developing high-quality, user-centric, measurably impactful artwork on tactical A/B tests and bleeding edge initiatives. You will then socialize and evangelize new tactics to other creative teams as we scale our testing wins to 1000s of titles across 100mil members globally. You will partner with stunning product designers, producers, PMs and engineers and have a direct impact on the future look and feel of Netflix.
Your Basics
• 10-15 years working within a digital, creative environment (agency and/or in-house) for a tech/retail/consumer brand
• 5 of those years in leading and growing a high-performing creative team
• Proven ability to create and direct high-quality creative (portfolio required)
• Expert in all aspects of developing creative in a digital, product or user-centric space
• Ability to guide the creative execution with internal design resources and agencies while adhering to test objectives and product best practices
• Able to balance quality standards with MVP testing strategies
• Passionate about producing data-informed, measurable effective artwork
• Able to build strong cross functional relationships with both technical and creative partners.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness/ability to travel domestically - 10-20%
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
