Full Time Job
Role Description: We're looking for smart, motivated, scrappy individuals to work as a Coordinator to support the development of Awards marketing campaigns for Netflix Awards Marketing Team. The role will support the Global Creative Marketing Manager in campaign management, creation of physical materials and marketing assets, mailer trafficking and tracking, and cross-functional team efforts.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of entertainment marketing experience either at a creative agency, PR/awards agency, network/studio marketing team, or network on-air department with working on multiple film and/or tv launch campaigns Must have excellent creative taste and be a clear, concise communicator in a variety of media. Experience with awards campaigning preferred, but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
(include but are not limited to):
• Supporting the Awards managers to develop physical marketing materials (mailers, postcards, letters, etc).
• Tracking all voting windows and organizing a calendar that is user friendly from which all cross functional partners can work
• Working with the agencies and mailing houses to ensure timely delivery of all material
• Day-to-day project tracking (ensuring our material hits voters according to the Calendar) and asset management
• Assemble a budget for all facets of physical mailer creation and production, with the help of the Awards managers
• Ensure agencies and malling houses stay on budget and get paid on time
• Become familiar with details of campaigns in order to be an effective team participant
• Catalogue incoming and outgoing assets
• Provide additional creative support on priority titles
• Track approvals on all physical materials
• Assist in creating presentations and maintaining various documents and charts for various campaigns
• Working with internal teams across the company to put in place a set of best practices that enable us to collaborate and move more quickly and effectively
