Responsibilities Maintain the Benefits system in SAP and interfaces to vendors.
Work with Benefits Business team and IT to define requirements and write functional specifications, test scripts, and detailed design documents.
Perform open enrollment data auditing and updates.
Coordinate with Benefits Department to communicate benefits and any policy changes that are implemented each year.
Manage myRewards site for successful feed of Benefits and Compensation information from SAP and various vendors to Fidelity on a monthly basis.
Liaise with Payroll to understand the preparation of payroll deductions for Benefits programs.
Assist with the management of information for various employee special programs.
Run reports to provide data from both SAP ECC and SAP BW to support business.
Obtain and maintain knowledge of NBCU Benefits services and policy pertaining to the employee population.
Coordinate all mass employee changes with the OM/PA, Payroll, and TimeKeeper teams to ensure no disruptions to Benefits vendors. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Computer Science, Science or related field, and five (5) years of progressively responsible post-Bachelor's degree experience is required.
The position requires five (5) years experience with Human Resources Information System and Enterprise Resource Planning and two (2) years experience with the SAP HR Benefits platform.
The position requires experience with all of the following: Benefits data types and how they are maintained in SAP; Interfaces and integrating SAP with third party vendors; running interfaces manually based on the requirement; SAP Reporting Tools for developing reports using Query Designers; Employee Self Service Portal and management of Deferred Compensation Portal; SAP HCM structures and their interface with Benefits systems; Savings Infotype and the Benefits General Information Infotype; resolving support tickets by working with users, troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions; project planning, supporting business case analysis, organizing priorities, and providing status reports; testing changes to interfaces or enhancements and preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Documents for the same.
