Responsibilities Responsibilities
• Serve as the Technology recruiting leader and thought partner to senior business leaders and HR Business Partners; inform business leaders on key talent issues, and propose creative ideas for identifying and attracting top talent in a competitive market
• Exhibit well-developed relationship management and consultative skills, ability to influence the business and set clear expectations
• Ability to recognize and identify recruiting challenges, provide creative talent solutions recommendations aligned with business needs
• Successfully runs point on large scale projects from inception to completion
• Effectively manage a team of recruiters in a matrixed organization, motivate and coach team members; instill a standard of excellence in all aspects of the full life cycle hiring process
• Ensure recruiting resources are appropriately allocated to support the most critical business initiatives
• Utilize recruiting data and metrics to identify trends in the market and inform key decisions and provide solutions
• Recommend ways to build upon, improve, and/or streamline the candidate and internal experience
• Proactively volunteering/participating in professional development opportunities across the organization Qualifications/Requirements Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of related work experience, which could include campus or corporate recruiting, human resources support
• Minimum of 1 year experience leading a team or demonstrating leadership (i.e. project management, team mentoring, etc)
• Demonstrated strategic partnership with various leaders across the organization (i.e. HR, Business Leaders, TA) Desired Characteristics Desired Characteristics
• Experience leading a team, coach and mentor team members
• Subject matter expertise in technology recruiting
• Strong public speaking, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Leverage market intelligence in order to create recruiting strategies; proactively building targeted pipelines based upon business need
• Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment while providing strong internal and external customer service.
• Strong follow up skills and proven ability to interact with management of all levels
• Ability to consolidate, analyze and present complex data to identify trends and solutions
