Campus2Career Internship Program Management
This is a full-cycle campus recruiting and program management role in a growing (and super awesome) company where you will drive the absolute best candidate and internship experience. If you love campus recruitment and are looking to stretch your program management skills, keep reading!
What you'll be working on
• Own the entire recruiting process by creating a seamless and amazing candidate experience
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at target universities
Responsible for overseeing the Internship program end-to-end, including:
• Forge and grow partnership relationships with local academic institutes,
• Define recruitment strategy and prioritizing recruitment of interns for the two annual intakes in January and July
• Program marketing through social media and campus events
• Posting of job openings in individual school's portal and on our ATS
• Selection and interview process development and improvement across the Regional C2C Program
• Interviewing and shortlisting of intern applications in Singapore
• Facilitating placements with line managers
• Development and implementation of intern-specific on-boarding and Induction program
• Facilitating performance evaluation with the line managers
Provide students a comprehensive experience through:
• Personal and professional development workshops utilising expertise within the business including and not limited to financial upskilling, presentation, brand amplification etc.
• Building of intern community and alumni to build pipeline of future entry level talent
Enhance existing internship program through:
• Consolidation of campus events calendar
• Review and development of intern job descriptions
• Ongoing evaluation of internship program, ensuring alignment to business needs
• Managing queries from candidates via phone, email or through social media
• Responsible for intern hiring administration, contracts, personal files and pipeline reports on a regular basis
• Drive conversion of intern alumni to permanent hires, promoting and championing intern alumni for all entry level roles through working closely with the business to understand their future needs
Employer Branding Initiatives
• Deliver and implement NBCUniversal's campus engagement strategy for Singapore and share best practices and support across other countries in region with C2C Program
• Design, develop and implement campus recruitment initiatives, including but not limited to career fairs, networking and industry talks
• Design, develop and manage inventories of campus collateral and logistics
• Liaise with C2C team across EMEA and US to share ideas, collateral and insight.
• Support the development and implementation of NBCUniversal's employer branding within the region.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Proven experience in Human Resources, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational development
• Passionate about Campus Recruitment and Talent Management
• Experience managing development programmes end-to-end
• Flexible/team worker, collaborative in style and values
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent – able to deliver solutions effectively
• Strong communication skills with experience of presenting at a senior level
• Able to juggle multiple tasks, set own deadlines and deliver against them
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
