Orion Pictures, an MGM company, is seeking a Coordinator of Operations and Administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for asset file management, maintaining asset distribution schedules and delivery of marketing assets for worldwide distribution. The position works directly with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Distribution in overseeing all the day-to-day operation and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with internal departments, such as, Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Accounting
• Coordinate development and implementation of marketing initiatives
• Work closely with the SVP of Marketing to coordinate the approved workflow by creating timelines, driving the planning process, liaising with the various internal departments and prioritizing needs
• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting objectives
• Work with digital/social vendors in the execution of social media marketing campaigns
• Monitor and manage brand activity on a monthly basis
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree
• 2-3 years' experience in a marketing department
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow in a fast paced environment
• Creative and strategic thinker
• Experience with social networking platforms and tools
• Demonstrated experience with PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
