The Los Angeles Dodgers seek to hire an Administrative Assistant who will serve as a gateway to the SVP, Global Partnerships.
Job Functions:
• Coordination of SVP, Global Partnerships schedule to include calls, meetings, travel etc.
• Screen inbound calls to the SVP, Global Partnerships
• Organize department initiatives including weekly department meeting agenda/notes
• Interact with clients and prospects on a regular basis via email, phone or in person
• Coordinate department events and game day hospitality
• Serve as liaison with other departments to meet the needs of contractual sponsorship assets
• Perform related duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED or its equivalent
• Minimum three to five years' work experience in a similar capacity
• Goal oriented, self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Possess excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with the Los Angeles Dodgers and or/sports industry is beneficial
• Reading/speaking Spanish is a plus
