Job Summary
The Video Producer is responsible for short form video creation for LA Clippers social and digital platforms. They are primarily responsible for driving content decision based on data and ensuring the biggest stories of the day are covered in an accurate and entertaining fashion.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• Work closely with digital, content, social and website and email teams to identify content needs for each channel
• Write creative briefs and define business requirements for projects
• Accurately scope projects and create corresponding project plans that include cost, timeline, resourcing and workflows
• Work closely with digital creative team to produce video and photo content for product stories and key event activations, from ideation to launch
• Manage overall production calendar to ensure cross-channel alignment and creative development efficiencies
• Support creative ideation, development of content strategy, defining of metrics, and performance tracking for campaigns and content projects
• Establish and maintain digital production processes and workflows Development global production support model
• Designing and producing engaging video content in various formats across multiple digital platforms
• Creating engaging short/long form motion graphic video assets and highly stylized text based imagery for web, social, email and app distribution.
• Partner with production & digital leads to identify content that will translate into videos to engage and excite Clipper's fan base on a daily basis.
• Crafting high-quality original concepts with minimal direction.
• Prioritizing workload and managing expectations per direction from Digital Director.
Characteristics
/ Qualifications
• 5 years of project management experience in the marketing field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience working in video production, motion graphics and design
• Experience producing content for all digital mediums, email, app, social and web
• Expert with all aspects of Adobe CC Suite
• Highly creative, organized and able to work independently with little direction
• Strong collaboration and communication skills and able to adapt to changing show styles and schedules
• Enthusiasm and leadership experience to mentor junior-level teammates
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-tasking production environment
• Strong knowledge and experience with different video formats, codecs, frame rates, audio compression, and standards for web video
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Must be able to work a flexible and dynamic work schedule that accommodates the needs and demands of the stakeholders in regard to project requests
• Must be able to work long nights / weekends while in-season
• Strong leadership skills
• High level of personal integrity and professional ethics
• Excellent communication / presentation skills with all levels of management and employees in the organization
• Effective decision-making skills while utilizing sound judgment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business conditions
