King and Country, a design based production company, seeks a friendly, organized, energetic and experienced front desk/office manager for our creative studio. Our ideal candidate is great at interacting with clients and vendors over the phone and in person. While keeping an organized office, candidate must be able to multi-task & problem solve, while assisting creative and production teams in a fast paced environment. Perfect candidate is proactive, resourceful, and pays impeccable attention to detail. King and Country is always looking to promote staff from within and this is a great stepping stone into our production department. If you hope to be a post coordinator or post producer in the future we want to hear from you.
Duties: (see detailed duties list)
o Open office in the morning.
o Handle all calls for the office.
o Welcome and assist with clients & visitors.
o Handle lunch orders and delivery.
o Order supplies for office and kitchen.
o Stock and tidy office, kitchen and supply room.
o Assist with billing and invoices.
o Handle staff travel and reservations.
o Schedule and oversee maintenance for facilities.
o Assist production in their daily tasks. (research, schedules etc.)
o Run errands as needed.
Requirements:
o 1-3 years experience in reception or office management position.
o Must be skilled on Mac computer and office software. (Word, Excel, iCal, etc.)
o Must have good driving record and car.
Schedule:
o Monday-Friday, 9:30AM-6:30PM.
