We are seeking a High Performer, Low Maintenance/No Drama Team Player Executive Office Assistant/Project Coordinator. Seeking a candidate that has a great Let's Get This Done!!... I will Make it Happen Attitude. Who at times can make the Impossible...Possible. Someone who can work great on their own and who is also a Great Team Player!!! Seeking A person of Integrity who is Ultimately Accountable, Responsible, Compassionate and can be counted on 24/7 to be Respectful, Dignified and Professional at all times!! Some of the people that the High Performer Executive Office Assistant/Project Coordinator will be Interfacing/Working with are Very High Profile Professionals in Several Amazing Industries. The Ideal High Performer Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator will be required to have the following skill set's/experience:
1) A Variety of Savvy Business Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop, etc.)
2) Very Organized and Keeps Everything Simple and Clutter Free
3) Knowledge of Social Media and On-Line Marketing Programs/Tools
4) Very Resourceful/Research Skills
5) Creative Business Writing Skills are required as well (also will to learn/be trained)
Our office is located in Playa Vista/Marina Del Ray and in the near future we will have an office in Century City. Our cutting edge productive creative/development/production work environment is great!!! We have a lot of fun while producing amazing results. We work in the Sports, Creative Internet Technology, Entertainment (Film/TV)/Music, Life Style-Health Consumer Products as well as the Fitness and Fashion Arenas. We have several Major Projects/Production's on the table and looking for a Few Great Team Players.
