Future Beat is an independent company creating VIP programs and experiences for a wide range of artists and entertainers across all genres. The Customer Service Rep is an entry level position. We are looking for someone that can grow within the company as we continue to expand.
The Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling all aspects of incoming and outgoing customer service inquiries. You will be responsible for addressing customer service inquiries, requiring you to use critical thinking to resolve any issues. Your goal will be to effectively and efficiently assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have, as well as any issues they encounter with their VIP packages and purchases. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and multitask is imperative to being successful in this role. Expect high volume of emailing, both incoming and outgoing.
Additional duties include, but are not limited to: updating the website, sending out VIP information to concert attendees, assisting with merchandise fulfillment, creating and managing guest lists, and the management and collection of customer data.
MUSIC INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE AS IT RELATES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND/OR TICKETING IS A MUST
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES OF DESIRED CANDIDATE:
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Demonstrated ability to work positively with co-workers and consumers
-Possess a strong attention to detail
-Event, box office, or ticketing experience is a plus
-Passion for music and concert-going
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
-Proficiency with social media outlets, such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, Snapchat
