Fox 21 Television Studios is presently looking for a Receptionist. This position is located in Los Angeles. Fox 21 Television Studios is a dynamic television production unit. As a member of the team, this position will mainly be responsible for administrative duties in a fun and energetic team environment.
Responsibilities:
• Answer main line phone calls, greet visitors, coordinate and order office and pantry supplies, administer parking validations, maintain UPS and FedEx logs and manage US mail.
• Unlock Red conference room door, and maintain the room and lobby orderly.
• Additional projects and responsibilities, as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 1 - 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
• Professional presentation, communication (both oral and written)
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong follow-through on all projects; ability to bring projects to timely completion.
• Must be highly organized, detail oriented and work well in high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and other MS Office programs.
