20th Century Fox Film is seeking a highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Marketing in the Domestic Theatrical Marketing department, the Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative and day-to-day support of the digital marketing efforts across a diverse portfolio of films.
Responsibilities:
• Assist VP with the planning and execution of digital campaigns, including email, search, external marketing, PR, social and web.
• Track and maintain departmental planning documents and folders with key business information and materials.
• Responsible for the ordering and delivery of film marketing materials for digital channels.
• Work with internal & external partners on the coordination of domains and social handles.
• Support the online launch of trailers across the digital ecosystem.
• On-site support of digital and social activities at premieres, junkets, and other events.
• Prepare and compile digital stats for weekly reporting.
• Coordinate approval of new vendor paperwork and contracts, while handling billing and campaign budget tracking.
• Build strong relationships with marketing group, agency teams and partners.
• Coordinate special projects, such as contests or promotions, including development of rules, merchandise ordering, legal review, winner verification and prize fulfillment.
• Provide administrative support to the VP, including calendar management, meeting planning, general office duties, travel planning, expense reports and visitor set-up.
• General support, as required, for digital marketing and social media activities.
Qualifications:
• Position requires a bachelor's degree.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in the entertainment industry or digital marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Keynote.
• Passion for entertainment industry and digital marketing.
• Deep understanding of the features, user behavior and emerging trends across Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Musical.ly, Facebook and YouTube.
• Problem solving skills are critical; ability to deal with ambiguity is a must.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail and personal drive to succeed.
• Must be flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a positive attitude.
