Twentieth Century Fox Television (TCFTV) is recruiting Assistant who will support a Senior Vice President, Creative Affairs in Drama Development. Qualifying candidates will have 1-2 years practical experience in a related field. Must be passionate about TV, have knowledge of TV/production industry contacts, and a desire to grow and develop career in TV/development. Must thrive in a rapid moving environment and be a team player.
Responsibilities
- Roll calls
- Manage two exec calendars
- Process expense reports
- Manage contact lists
- Maintain tracking list of overall deals and competitive reports
- Research
- Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- BA degree
- 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in television
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of people verbally and written, including agents, producers and production staffs
- Proficient in MS Office Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Access
