Margarita Mix Hollywood, a FotoKem company is looking for a Biller with experience at a Post Production facility. Applicant must have strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. The ability to multi-task and attention to detail is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, is required. Knowledge of Post Production scheduling programs, such as ScheduAll is a plus, but not required. The applicant must be a team player with a willingness to learn and take direction, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):
• Accurately translate work order information to process daily billing, in a timely manner
• Review and track Client Purchase Orders
• Maintain effective communications with Project Managers and department staff to ensure accurate billing information and expedited invoicing
• Communicate with client representatives, as necessary
• Research, process, and respond to billing inquiries
• Provide reports to management, project managers, and Clients, as necessary
• Adhere to established protocol to ensure consistent and accurate invoicing
