FACTION is an untraditional music management company with a focus on direct to client support for all management clients.
We are looking to hire someone with BOTH digital marketing and design/content creation experience in the music industry. Please do not apply without music industry experience.
As a Digital Marketing Coordinator & In-House Content Creator you will be a driving force in developing and executing social strategies and artist content in the digital space.
This position entails being the point person for all marketing initiatives for your roster of clients at FACTION along with being the designer/content creator of assets (tour flyers, social promo videos, etc) for our entire roster. You will need to effectively communicate directly with the project manager (manager), artist, marketing team and 3rd party agencies and companies.
What you'll do:
Social Media:
Oversee artist social channels
Monitor videos, photos, comments and posts for brand appropriateness - lead the communication around FACTION and it's artists
Develop, manage and analyze online marketing initiatives
Drive profitable traffic through viral and social marketing campaigns
Strategize with digital partners to develop opportunities for growth and engagement
Set up appropriate outlets that encourage the spread of user-generated content
Design/Develop Content:
In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
In-depth knowledge of your preferred video edit platform (iMovie, final cut, etc)
Create banners, artwork, admats, video teasers etc
Other Marketing Responsibilities:
Help develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans and programs
Monitor and track timelines to ensure information and deliverables are produced/received for each project
Stay up to date with digital marketing industry trends/ Research new digital companies that could be beneficial partners.
Help plan, market and oversee digital advertising and online promotional activities
What you'll bring:
A can-do attitude w/ an interest/experience in the music industry
Digital marketing experience
Graphic design and content editing (developer/html skills a plus)
Superb writing and communication skills
Friendly, dependable, and resourceful team player
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, start-up environment
High energy and results oriented. You'll always look for improvements.
