Assistant Promotions Coordinator:
Greensboro's 102 JAMZ, WJMH, is searching for an energetic, enthusiastic and highly motivated Assistant Promotions Coordinator. This person assist the Marketing Director will creating planning and implementing our station contests and promotions, coordinate on-site appearances and events, schedule and supervise street team coordinators and interns, manage social media to support promotional activity and develop communication between our programming and sales teams.
Requirements include:
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle last minute changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point.
• Strong Social Media skills with knowledge of platforms.
We're seeking a person with marketing experience, creative skills and a fundamental understanding of the concept of promoting, marketing and presenting a radio station. This person must be available to work in the evenings, as well as on weekends and holidays. People skills and a team player mentality are important. Video and Production skills are a plus, but not required
