Full Time Job
The Founder and Director of a successful advertising agency seeks a dynamic and friendly full-time Personal Assistant that is good with kids, particularly teenagers. In this role, you would be mainly working out of the Executive home, handling groceries, errands like dry cleaning and pick ups and deliveries, and driving children to and from school and extracurricular events. Once comfortable in the position, you would then be booking travel arrangements and helping to manage the Executive calendar. You may also accompany the Executive on commercial and photo shoots as needed. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
- 2+ years previous Personal Assistant experience
- MUST live in the Los Angeles area and know the town well
- Will not be private chef, but SHOULD feel comfortable preparing small items for the children as needed
- MUST be able to lift 50 - 100 lbs. when organizing furniture or luggage around the home
- MUST have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
