A highly respected, boutique, child/young adult talent management company is seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, full-time talent management associate. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency who can think quickly on their feet to handle all ''emergencies'' that arise. You're right for this role if you're the type of person who is always at inbox zero and never lets anything ''slip through the cracks'' while remaining flexible and calm under pressure. You must be a strong communicator who double and triple checks all details, as one ''small'' mistake in this position could have a detrimental affect on the business. This is a great role for an early/mid career entertainment professional who longs to grow into a talent manager. The growth potential is enormous. Looking for a rising star to join our team.
Duties Include:
-coordinating complicated schedule/calendar for all clients, business, and president
-communicate with casting and agents to push clients for projects, handle scheduling conflicts, and administer bookings
-act as the point of contact for client inquiries and problems
-handle all financial tracking and bookkeeping for clients and business overall
-film and edit actor self-tapes
-manage extremely busy email inbox, draft email responses, etc
-answer phone line, prioritize inquiries, and handle appropriately
-additional duties as necessary; this role ''wears a lot of hats''
