Major bicoastal talent agency is seeking a full-time receptionist, based in the Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities include answering main phone lines, directing calls, greeting/announcing guests, managing conference room calendar and assisting with the training of entry-level staff. The ability to multitask effortlessly is essential, as well as remaining cool under pressure. This role is the primary point of contact for clients, staff and business associates of the agency, and therefore must reflect professionalism at all times.
Previous receptionist/front desk experience is strongly preferred. Experience handling heavy phones and/or customer service experience REQUIRED.
HS degree required; college degree preferred
Professional phone manner a MUST
Strong work ethic and great attitude
Punctuality is critically important
Ability to comfortably interact with high profile clients; discretion critical and required
Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
This is a FULL-TIME JOB - office hours are 9:00am - 7:00pm Monday-Friday.
Position to start immediately. Local LA candidates only.
$12.00/hour + OT -- Medical/Dental insurance, FSA enrollment, PTO after 30 days
