SEEKING: Production Coordinator in San Francisco, CA | Freelance or Full-Time candidates
MUST be local to the San Francisco / Bay area.
Award-winning, full-service, video production company with offices in SF, LA and NY has an opening for a Production Coordinator starting mid November in San Francisco. This person must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively multi-task on a variety of exciting projects in a growing company. Responsibilities include working on commercial, live event, and live streaming projects with top agencies and tech companies. You'll be involved from the planning phases of pre-production, into project production, as well as lending support after projects conclude. Applicant should possess: strong communication skills, thorough organization, a client-friendly demeanor, and most importantly: a fun and team-centric attitude. Possibility of travel for work.
Experience with Live Event production and Film/TV production strongly preferred.
The range of tasks is broad; including, but not limited to:
• Assist Production Manager with booking crew, gear, travel, and general production needs, etc.
• As needed, assist with drafting budgets and proposals on new business.
• Attend and participate in on-site meetings, networking with clients, or staff outings
• Provide support with crew and client services during productions.
• Travel to our other offices or project-based locations in U.S.
Past credits as a Coordinator or Office Assistant required. Knowledge of Mac, Google Drive, Google Docs, Slack messenger is highly preferred. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps / Photoshop a plus.
Position has room for growth and is open to both freelance and full-time candidates.
