Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely hungry to learn and super dedicated individual with experience and passion in social media culture. This passion will come through as you engage with the online trends on a daily basis. You will be working closely with a big YouTuber with more than 2.5 million followers on YouTube. Helping the YouTuber to film daily, must work well with different type of cameras as well as varies schedule.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU'RE NOT CURRENTLY LIVING IN LOS ANGELES.
Main Responsibilities - You should be confident making significant contributions in the following categories:
- Follow the YouTuber daily or bi-weekly to film different contents, from vlogs, to pranks, or skits, etc.
- Have experience or knowledge with Final Cut X to assist the YouTuber to edit videos creatively
- Understanding different social media(Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat) and the strategies to grow individually
- Weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the YouTuber to brainstorm ideas and schedule
- Spotting any newest trend on social media
- Helping any other tasks that the YouTuber needs help with
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have some camera experience shooting social media content. Some of the filming involved hiding camera work, you should either have some knowledge of it, or can learn it quickly.
- Must have some experience editing social media videos for more than 1 year
- Must have great knowledge and aware of the social media world especially on YouTube
- Great experience with Photoshop to creative attention grabbing thumbnails
- Experience in After Effects is a plus
- Must be organized, detail orientated, and able to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
- Enjoy behind the scene and supportive work
- Must live around Los Angeles or Orange Country, Preferably Los Angeles
- Must be able to work under pressure and time constraints
- Excellent communication and people skills to work well with outside contacts
- Must LOVE and ENJOY what they do
- Looking to LEARN and GROW, rather than short term money
What we are ''NOT'' Looking For:
- Someone that wants to get into more traditional entertainment industry rather than social media
- Short term
- Soft (yes, we only want to work with the best, if you give up or get lazy easily, this is not for you)
