Entertainment law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Office Floater. Must have a minimum of 2 years prior experience working at a law firm, studio or agency.
Will report to the Office Manager
Successful candidate will be well educated, self starter who takes initiative and is extremely resourceful. Impeccable spelling and grammar a must. Must be able to work independently, have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, and communicate clearly. Able to pay attention to detail and multitask. Extensive computer skills required. Ability to fill in for an assistant that is out of the office. Must be able to successfully support attorneys. Responsibilities include phones, scheduling meetings and lunches, arrange travel, prepare expense reports, composing correspondence and other general assistant duties.
When not covering an assistant desk, assisting in other support staff duties.
