Experience required: a lot of clearances and releases (e.g., for clips or photos of actors used in documentaries, game show clues, DVD special features, etc.); drafting releases; negotiating long form talent agreements for actors, writers, directors and producers in both film and TV. That involves marking up the contracts and reviewing drafts.
