The position directly supports the CEO of a very well known and established production company in Studio City. The CEO/Producer is award winning and very well respected in entertainment as a whole. Experience in production (Film or TV) is required to apply.
Since this position is widely focused on the production coordination activities, experience as a Production assistant or coordinator is preferable, especially in TV or reality TV. The Candidate will be heavily involved in production and act as the right hand to the CEO and Producer. Candidates must be creative, able to work with tight deadlines and not be a clock watcher.
Most tasks will be production assistant/coordinator related, finding locations, sourcing items as needed, working with call sheets, helping with project management, and more as this is heavily production related. Post production and business tasks will be associated as well. 80% of tasks will be directly related to production so experience in production is absolutely required to apply.
