We are seeking a candidate for the position of Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the two Founders and co-CEOs with an extremely busy schedule. Duties include rolling calls, scheduling meetings, managing company grids, travel arrangements, and general administrative duties. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits in an energetic and exciting environment.
This Executive Assistant must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information, use critical thinking and sound judgment, is self-motivated, and the ability to function in a demanding environment with competing and changing priorities.
This is a fast-paced office with creative requirements. We are looking for someone with strong writing skills and passion for films. Candidates should have at least one year of assistant experience in the industry. The ideal candidate is resourceful, extremely detail oriented and great at multitasking and prioritizing. Must be ok with a dog friendly environment.
Duties/requirements:
-Working directly with the founding Partners.
-Scheduling meetings via phone (must be a good speaker)
-Managing and maintaining databases
-Market research, and preparing and shipping packages.
-You will be an integral member of the team.
