Photographer/Filmmaker seeks a motivated intern/assistant with mad skills to work part time for three months starting immediately. This internship has the possibility of becoming a part or full-time paying job.
I have multiple projects, an online store and am building photography services for actors, creatives, families and musicians. You will be working in all the facets of my business, including:
• Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Publicity
• Organization
• Photo editing and retouching
• Photo scanning
• Photoshoot assistance
My dream candidate will be:
• A self-starter
• A Mac user
• Familiar with Photoshop, Lightroom, FCP 7
• Organized
• Excellent writing skills
• Creative thinker
• Brainstormer/researcher
• Easy-going
• Positive attitude and a great sense of humor
• Non-allergenic to my amazing dog
This is not a gopher position - you will be learning and working directly with me. It is a 3-month internship, 2 days per week in Manhattan. You will be reimbursed for your subway costs and provided lunch on days when we work together. This internship has the potential of becoming a full paid position within the 3 months.
Candidates studying or with experience in Photography (digital and film), filmmaking and/or marketing/business are preferred but all submissions will be considered. Students working for credit are also welcome to apply.
