BiCoastal Productions, one of the fastest growing performing arts agencies in the industry, is seeking a talented, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Junior Agent. Our company operates on a shared roster/geographical territory model and the Junior Agent will service, and book, our artists within the designated territory. This agent will work closely artists, venues, promoters, marketing teams, and technical directors to ensure every engagement happens seamlessly.
You Are:
-A diverse music fan who not only enjoys concerts but appreciates the creative process
-Personable and outgoing
-Looking to contribute to, and be a part of, a growing team or project
-Not afraid of ''picking up the phone''
-Not afraid of hearing the word ''no''
-Thick-skinned and able to thrive under pressure
-Highly organized and strongly detail-oriented
Requirements:
-Must have a strong ability to build relationships and maintain them
-4-Year College Degree
-Prior internship or entry level work experience
-Must be proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office, IOS, and Google Apps
