Full-time Producer's Assistant/Office Coordinator sought for production company specializing in documentaries, TV commercials and movie behind-the-scenes..
This is a hybrid position encompassing multiple responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Executive Producer and other executive staff
• Coordinate daily office operations
• First on phones
• Maintain Contact Databases/Coordinate Calendars/Book Travel
• Generate Expense Reports/Handle Petty Cash
• Production Research/Special Projects
• Kitchen and Craft Service Duties
• Occasional Runner
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a professional production environment
• Ability to work quickly and independently while anticipating, recognizing and resolving problems
• Ability to anticipate the needs of others and track a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong multi-tasking and writing skills
• Attention to detail
• Expertise in MS Office Suite, browsers; working knowledge of FTP; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud apps; quick study of computer applications
• Professional demeanor, excellent communication and phone skills
• Willingness to tackle work beyond the scope of job description when the need and opportunity arise
