AMF offers brand marketing services, influencer marketing, celebrity booking, and event services.
We are looking for an intern for Spring 2018 starting in January - May, 2018. Candidates will be integral to our collaborative environment, learning a lot from our day-to-day dealings with the entertainment industry. The internship will be 2-3 days a week and interns will work out of our office location in Midtown, NYC. This internship is unpaid and we are seeking candidates for school credit.
Recommended majors for the role: Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design.
Responsibilities:
Celebrity and entertainment research.
Assist with creation of talent grids and celebrity itineraries.
Assist with development of social media content
Create social posts.
Update company databases.
Update entertainment calendar.
Assist with celebrity related events and initiatives.
Generate reports and analytics.
All candidates must have an interest/working knowledge of the entertainment industry as it pertains to popular shows, artists, and events. Candidates should also have administrative and research skills, plus experience in posting to key platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Facebook), creating and editing content for social media, the use of branded hashtags, and in scheduling platforms like Hootsuite and Buffer. In addition to strong communication skills, applicants should demonstrate initiative, critical thinking, and be detailed oriented.
