The Senior Manager, Partnership Development, reporting to Vice President, Advertising Sales & Digital Partnerships will be responsible for identifying and implementing revenue growth opportunities and developing partnership opportunities for A E Network across South East Asia. You will work on exploring and expanding A E's brand awareness and business opportunities through partnerships that enhance our brand offerings, generating new revenue streams - adding value to the A E's audience experience.

Responsibilities
• Lead partnerships and alliances, to drive revenue through management of partners in key business areas like digital, mobile and on ground events to develop and continually innovate on our Ad Sales opportunities
• Approach revenue generation from a holistic perspective seeking opportunities that bring about A E Network's channel brand awareness and unique monetization partnerships that are both traditional and non-traditional
• Maintain top level relationships with digital distributors, developing a deep understanding of their priorities in order to maximize the value of A E's brand and content, establishing and maintaining partnerships across the spectrum of digital distributors to maximize value of our content and brands on these platforms
• Develop and maintain strong relations in the digital media marketplace, in order to expand advertising opportunities across digital media platforms
• Assess and understand the strategic business needs of A E Networks Asia and use that information to forge long-term strategic partnerships with like-minded companies that help accelerate local/ regional relevance and revenue
• Collaborate with Ad Sales, Digital, Production and Marketing to identify key growth areas and create partnerships to bridge the gaps between A E and the external stakeholders, in order to grow revenue and expand the reach of A E's content across all platforms through a variety of business models
• Identify external brands that are linked to A E Networks Asia business and marketing priorities, make contact with those brands and work with these outside company CMOs to cultivate ways to leverage on their assets in order to extend reach amongst our target audiences through innovative and strategic partnerships and content distribution opportunities
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaigns on-air, on-line, and on-ground and ensure projects are completed in line with the creative direction & channels' strategies. Align executions of deliverables with management of partner/client relationships for efficient delivery. Oversee the flawless executions of these initiatives
• Expertly and persuasively pitch and sell-in strategic partnership ideas to internal teams and external partners. Optimize communication within a global team & multi-local market environment to expedite negotiation and consolidation of partnership opportunities
Qualification Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience managing integrated brand partnerships, with strong network across markets
• Must be creative, detail oriented, possess a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and have a burning desire to succeed
• Must possess superior negotiation skills coupled with a net profit bottom line mentality
• Persuasive, confident networker and deal maker with a track record of success in growing new markets and partnerships
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and co-workers
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
• Solutions oriented, problem solving mentality a must
