Marketing Content Coordinator

The Marketing Content Coordinator at 72andSunny is responsible for:

Assist in the creation and delivery of all awards entries for 72andSunny's client work.
Assist in creation and delivery of case study videos and assets as needed for Biz Dev projects.
Assist in developing agency comms assets as needed, including sizzle reels.
Familiarity with/interest in the awards landscape, criteria, entries, winners, trends, judges, etc.
Manage weekly status reports outlining key initiatives.
Assist in managing project timelines and keeping all necessary team- members apprised of status and needs.
Write/organize recaps/conference reports within 24 hours of all major decision making meetings.
Assist in working with teams to generate scripts and select content.
Provide team with updates as appropriate: new product information, industry news, etc
Assist with developing agency press assets as needed, and specifically for AOTY submissions.
Oversee any Marketing Interns
Day to day management of 72andsunny website
keep a calendar and status of new work that will be launching and prepare assets to launch content on 72 website simultaneously when new work launches
work with brand/creative teams to collect and prep assets
route all content for approval through Bekah
