5B Artist Management is a full service vertical Artist Management Company with offices based in Los Angeles, CA, Brooklyn, NY and Birmingham, UK representing a roster of developing and iconic artists in the rock space.

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to work across our roster of artists, festivals and events.

This is a fantastic intro opportunity for a passionate music and culture loving individual to deliver innovative and creative digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. You must have the ability to work autonomously, be extremely organized, creative and resourceful.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -

*Work with in house and outside digital teams to deliver innovative and creative digital marketing campaigns.
*Provide digital assistance on location (video shoots, tour, promo) as needed
*Implement strategies to help increase social reach and be well versed in social media & other web platforms
*Assist in mapping out marketing strategy using social media, email marketing, paid media, websites, web stores, and mobile apps.
*Be able to think creatively and outside the box in terms of digital and marketing ideas
*Produce content and ensure timely delivery.
*Have an understanding of social stats and analytics in order to implement the best digital strategy
*Ability to work alongside our management, festival and label teams on all digital campaigns
*Keep up to date with digital trends, new tech thorough independent research

Requirements -

*Passionate about digital marketing
*Knowledge of Photoshop
*Video editing skills
*Some experience in photography/videography is a plus!
*Strong organizational skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Willingness to use initiative to solve problems and offer solutions and new systems
*Passionate music and lifestyle fan
