Global hard rock music management company 5B Artists & Media / 5B Artist Management seeks a new Director of Digital.
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
• Conceive and launch digital marketing campaigns to meet clients' business objectives
• Lead digital marketing efforts and set measurable goals for music releases, video launches, and tours
• Map out marketing strategy using social media, email marketing, paid media, websites, web stores, and mobile apps
• Manage client communications and communicate with internal and external teams and business stakeholders
• Oversee agencies and creative teams for website and mobile app design and development
• Produce content and ensure timely delivery
• Identify new trends in music and tech and apply tools to artist roster
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising digital marketing campaigns of our clients/brands
• Write copy for email, websites, social networks
• Online music community engagement
• Other duties as assigned
Required/Preferred Skills and Experience:
• At least 4 years of digital marketing and social media experience
• At least 2 years of experience with music and artist management, and knowledge of metal/hard rock genres
• Current knowledge of social networking and content platforms including but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube, Musical.ly, Spotify
• Experience with content management systems
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns at once. Must also maintain an ability to work quickly with multiple tasks and shift gears on a dime based on priority
• Team player who is a self-starter. Must have the ability to work alone, but also across long-term complex projects where taking initiative is a must
• Extremely tech savvy with extensive knowledge of digital/online strategy
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Understanding of HTML and CSS
• Knowledge of Domains & DNS records
• Strong eye for creative & artistic direction
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or similar
• Early adopter of new digital platforms and trends, with fierce curiosity of ''What's Next?''
