Position Summary
456 Growth Media is seeking a motivated, full-time Contract Administrator to join our team headquartered in New York City but with a fully remote operation currently. Reporting directly to the COO of 456 Growth Media, the ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team while enhancing procedures. The candidate will be responsible for the preparation and processing of 456 Growth Media contracts.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent business experience (2+ Years)
- 2+ years in a similar role preferred (Media Buying, Talent Agency (Legal), Brand (Legal))
- Experience in Salesforce, and in media, a plus
- Technology-savvy with experience in contract management systems, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint, PandaDoc)
- Solid organizational, and verbal / written communication skills
- Past legal clerical experience or Legal externs welcome
- Fine eye for attention to detail
What You'll Do
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract entry by the sales department and cross-departmental collaboration; includes making corrections and adjustments in the contract database, updating contract details with the legal department, thoroughly reviewing all aspects of a contract to transfer appropriately into the internal contracting system
- Implement contracting best practices
- Assist contracting department heads with weekly contract reporting, year-end audit requests, month-end close sales reports
- Ad-hoc projects
- Working with external/internal legal counsel to track, manage, and execute agreements
- Enter company agreements into 456 Growth Media contract management system for tracking and ongoing management in an organized manner; including managing and maintaining
- Draft basic legal agreements
- Assist with electronic signature processes
- Administrative and direct support for various Legal Operations projects
