How do I hire a Payroll Coordinator? Payroll Coordinator
Job duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Processing accurate and timely weekly payrolls while insuring that all rules and regulations are being followed.
Being able to communicate at a high level both internally and externally
Ability to collaborate both inter-departmentally and intra-departmentally
Serve as the point of contact for payroll company
Duties will also include processing accounts payable, purchase orders and other production accounting functions.
MUST HAVE: Minimum of 3 years of experience processing non-union entertainment payroll
Ability to communicate clearly and consistently
Very detail oriented
Sense of urgency and ownership of job responsibilities
Excellent computer skills and all usual production accounting software; Media Web is a plus
Must be great at time management
A team player
